Since 2004, CTI has delivered more than 140 days of training to more than 1,500 managers in China representing factories in the footwear, apparel, high-tech, and toy sectors, which together employ more than 1,000,000 employees.
Open Courses
Every month CTI holds one-to-two day CSR training sessions that focus on good practices that factories can use to address CSR challenges. Topics include health and safety management, supervisory skills, human resources and reducing work hours through improved productivity.
