Mr. Zhou, BSR’s China Director, has led the China Training Institute (CTI) for nearly three years. The CTI aims to improve Chinese suppliers’ labor and environmental performance and enhance their overall capacity. So far, CTI has provided more than 140 days of training for Chinese manufacturers in the garment, footwear, toy, and electronics industry.
Mr. Zhou also provides CSR systems training to Chinese suppliers from many BSR member companies, including HP, Ann Taylor, Nordstrom, Sears, etc. Due to his past brand compliance experience, he has a thorough understanding of the gap between brands’ requirements and real work conditions in the factory.
