Background

        The conflict often happens among the effective group/organization members. Any conflict can result in the destructive or constructive possibility. The destructive resolution will cause the group/organization to pay a serious price. While the constructive crisis management can enable the group/organization members to focus on the problem and encourage them to resolve these problems, and find out the improvement needed.
