The China Training Institute of BSR organized Water Management and Vendor Scorecard Dialogue for Nautica in Shenzhen on March 31st, 20011. 24 representatives from 14 Nautica suppliers attended. During this meeting, Nautica shared with its supplier its efforts and success in environment protection and water preservation and discussed about the water management scorecard to be implemented in its supply chain. BSR environmental expert Laura Ediger and guest trainer Mike Qian delivered vivid training on water preservation through ways both simple and comprehensive. BSR also facilitated effective communication between the brand and suppliers through group discussions and vendors sharing good practices in water management.
Suppliers commented that this meeting was meaningful for it not only enhanced interaction with the brand, but also provided an opportunity for peer communication and obtaining related new ideas.
