Position : Project Manager (Consultancy service)
Job Description
1. Independently lead the project team and initiate, plan, implement, coordinate and manage related CSR projects;
2. Design and implement programs according to clients’ requirements;
3. Allocate assignments to team members and collect and coordinate their assignments on time; provide training and guidance to team members when necessary;
4. Write high-quality reports independently or collectively;
5. Write competitive proposals/documents for project bidding;
6. Modify and improve program proposal upon changes or clients’ requirements;
7. Provide feasible consulting methods and analytical models for the better project implementation;
8. Act as chief writer for CSR consultancy report writing.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above. No specific requirement for university major;
2. 2-3 years experience in CSR or Sustainability field, preferably with consultancy experience;
3. Profound knowledge and strong capability on project management;
4. Advanced report writing and analytical skills;
5. Professional coordination and communication skills;
6. Strong oral and writing English skills and presentation skills;
7. Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure with a positive attitude;
8. Skillful with Microsoft Package, e.g. Word/Excel/Power Point.
