Role Summary

• Report to the Social and Environmental Responsibility (SER) project manager
• The SER analyst is responsible for vendor SER monitoring result analysis, identify opportunity for improvement, initiate improvement projects and also preparing regular reports or newsletter...etc for internal / external communication
• Besides the above defined job, analyst also need to spend approx 40 – 60 % of his/her time on SER auditor’s work (refer to the JD of SER auditor)

Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

• Vendor SER monitoring result analysis and also root cause analysis for violations
• Industry trends and best practice research
• Identify opportunities for improvement and initiate improve solutions
• Outsource expert pre-screening, capability assessment if necessary
• Regular summary reporting, newsletter preparation for internal / external communication
• Take lead on the improvement projects (include project proposal, project plan, implementation guidance and control) and prepare project status and recap report

Requirements

• Bachelors or above degree in law, human resource, health and safety, environmental or engineering.
• At least four years experience in vendor social responsibility, human resource management, health and safety, or environmental, preferably with work experience at manufacturing facilities or NGO, management consultation firm.
• Familiar with corporate social responsibility, environment or health and safety management and its implementation at manufacturing facilities
• Familiar with laws and regulations on labor, health and safety and environmental.
• Better communication and presentations skills．
• Excellent at written English, and good at oral English .
• Good at work planning and prioritizing
