Entry Qualification
1.College graduate or above
2.2 years of factory auditing experience in a consumer product manufacturing field.
3.Certified ISO9000:2000 Internal Auditor is preferable.
4.Proficient in SA8000; C-TPAT;
5.Proficient in major US retailers’ (Wal-Mart, Target, Sears Holding, etc) factory audit standards is preferable.
6.Proficient in both spoken and written English.
Job Duties
1.Conduct audit to assess COC and/or C-TAPT systems of potential suppliers. Communicate AG COC & C-TPAT standards/requirements to suppliers.
2.Conduct follow-up or regular audit/assessment for existing suppliers based on AG audit program. 3.Assist key suppliers to develop/improve their factory social compliance program and security program to achieve major US retailers’ audit standards.
4.Issue audit reports based on findings from plant tour, document review and workers interview. Issue corrective action plan summarizing the action and timetable to rectify the violations upon agreed by the supplier.
5.Work with AG internal cross-functional teams, suppliers and retailers’ contact to coordinate and support the factory audit relevant issues of DI retailers or licensors. Maintain on time update for retailers’ database.
6.Provide training and qualification for AG factory auditors.
