>Cross-Province Transfer of Old-Age Insurance to be Enabled - 2009-12-28

According to the executive meeting of the State Council held on December 22, the "Interim Measures for Transfer and Follow Through of Basic Old-Age Insurance Relationship for Urban Enterprise Employees" will be carried out on January 1, 2010, stipulating that if an urban employee transfers his job to a company located in another province, he is able to have his retirement insurance transferred together with his labor relationship.more
