A total of five training sessions, each lasting one to two days, will be provided, totaling 9 training days. All the training sessions will take place in Mandarin and will be highly interactive and participatory.
Four of the two-day training sessions – CSR Management System & Law Update (CSRM), Health & Safety Management (HSM), Productivity & Overtime (POT), and Supervisory Skills Training (SST) – will be delivered in every two month. Between training sessions, participants will be required to implement what they learned in the classroom.
Based on Apparel Packaged training experience, a more supplier oriented assignment is recommended in this training project. All after-training action plan and CSR performance metrics will rely on suppliers' self-motivation, while CTI will act only as a guidance and helper. This not only engages more with suppliers' ownership, most importantly, it is the key element of project success. After all, the principle part is suppliers, and all learning, improving should come from them and in the end benefit them.
