BSR has trained more than 600 LRPs in Guangdong, Shandong and Hubei Province since the implementation of Labor Relation Practitioner (LRP) Initiative in April, 2009, which BSR also received positive feedback and has been highly spoken by governments, brands and suppliers. In order to better improve sustainable labor relation and hear voices from different stakeholders, BSR launched its first session salon of Skills on Solving Labor Relation Disputes successfully kicked off in Guangzhou on Nov 30, 2009. Meanwhile, BSR invited leaders from Guangdong Human Resource Management Association (GDHRMA), founder of the first national labor dispute professional service agent, trainer of LRP programme together with trained LRP factory representatives to share their views and thoughts on labor dispute prevention and challenges they come across in their daily work. Participants were able to get better solutions in their later harmonious labor relation building through regular communication and interaction with labor experts and scholars.
