For many manufacturing factories in PRD (Pearl River District), the management and communication skills of mid-level supervisors is a problem merit being paid much attentions. There are many line supervisors who still manage workers in a rude and violent way, which results many problems such as labor conflicts, worker complains and turnover, as well as some bloody accidents. Therefore, improving the management and communication ability of mid-level supervisors is much important for factory operations and for their adherence to social compliance.
