Building Harmonious Factories Series: Management and Communication Skills for Mid-level Supervisors

Background

For many manufacturing factories in PRD (Pearl River District), the management and communication skills of mid-level supervisors is a problem merit being paid much attentions. There are many line supervisors who still manage workers in a rude and violent way, which results many problems such as labor conflicts, worker complains and turnover, as well as some bloody accidents. Therefore, improving the management and communication ability of mid-level supervisors is much important for factory operations and for their adherence to social compliance. The China Training Institute (CTI) will then invite an expert with abundant factory management experience to hold an the first section of “Building Harmonious Factories Training Series” on May 14, 2010, entitled “Management and Communication Skills for Mid-level Supervisors” and recommend your attendance.

Mr. Li is a HR manager of a manufacturing factory. He has over 13 years experience in human resource management and over 6 years experience in administration management. He has worked in many departments related warehouse, logistics, production, quality, financial and HR, with abundant experience and deep insight in mid-level management and communication. Mr. Li has been invited to give presentations of human resource management in many corporations, colleagues and labor markets. Mr. Li is familiar with labor laws, local regulations and ICTI, ETI, SA8000 and good at conducting complex labor relationship with excellent skills.
